GRAD RECEPTION

An opportunity for grad's friends and family to enjoy a photo-taking opportunity prior to the grads boarding the buses for the Prom.
MSS PROM
When: Wednesday, June 18, 2025
Where: Newlands Golf and Country
Time: Busses depart MSS at 4:30pm
Busses depart Newlands at 11:00pm (busses are mandatory)
Cost: $165
Tickets will be available for purchase in May 2025. Information will be updated closer to prom.
Grads are encouraged to check the grad wall sign outside window 3 at the office to ensure all requirements are met to purchase your ticket.

COMMENCEMENT
Commencement at The Abbotsford Events Centre at 5:30pm, Doors open to guests at 4:30pm. Students MUST be checked in prior to 4:30pm.

3:30pm – Grad check-in attendance begins – Grads enter through Gate 1
4:00pm – Final attendance call – Grads are expected to be in full cap and gown.
4:30pm – Doors open to guests – Guests enter through Gate 1, must have ticket in hand or purchased cash only at the door
5:30pm – Commencement ceremony begins
Guests are encouraged to find parking in lots 2A, 4, 5 and 12. Free parking has been confirmed for this event.
